efore being able to go ahead, unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds. However you are welcome to offer, or re-sell, your space to another person. We will always do our best to re-sell your space so we can transfer your booking to another date.

Cancellation Policy*

If we have to cancel a workshop for any reason we offer you four options:

1. a refund (less any fees charged by our card payment company);
2. to change to the same workshop on an alternative date;
3. to change to an alternative workshop of the same value;
4. to book a workshop of a higher value and pay the extra due.

Cancellations are normally due to the minimum number of bookings required for the workshop to go ahead not having being reached. To minimise the need for cancellations we keep our workshops on sale for as long as possible to allow for late bookings. Please contact us if you have not received your confirmation email and would like to check whether your workshop is going ahead.

Please note that as a result of COVID-19, we have temporary policies and practices in place and these are updated to reflect the latest Scottish government regulations, restrictions and guidelines. You can download our current COVID-29 re-opening guidelines from our website (a pop up box will appear). Everyone who has booked a place on a workshop will receive a copy by email of the latest version of our COVID-19 re-opening guidelines, and will need to be able to comply with these in order to attend.
